The Opportunity

This is an exciting 12-month intern opportunity for a talented university student in their penultimate year of study who is interested in spending two days per week learning about, and getting involved, in equity capital market transactions including Initial Public Offers, Placements, Convertible preference shares, Entitlement Offers and general advisory work.  

What you will be doing

• Assist with corporate transactions, including pitch documents, due diligence, offer documents, marketing materials, syndicate documentation, roadshow coordination, and transaction administration
• Support business development by preparing pitch documents, client reports, and monthly trading reports for corporate clients
• Maintain and update corporate presentation materials, databases and capability documents
• Provide assistance in transaction preparation and execution to ensure smooth processes
• Work closely with senior corporate team members, offering support across various tasks
• Participate in morning meetings, sales meetings, and weekly corporate meeting
