With a strong pipeline of Class 2 apartment projects, we’re looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to take the lead on one of our upcoming projects valued between $10M and $40M, and journey with us for the long term.
The Role
As Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of a residential apartment building project from groundworks to completion.
You will:
- Lead on-site operations including subcontractors, trades, plant, and equipment.
- Manage project delivery against stakeholder, time, cost, quality, safety, and compliance objectives.
- Maintain and drive the construction program — anticipating and resolving issues early.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Champion WHS compliance through safety audits, toolbox talks, and inspections.
- Mentor your site team to achieve results and live Mono’s values daily.
About You
We’re looking for a proven leader with a strong track record in managing Class 2 apartment construction projects from start to finish. You will have:

6+ years’ site management experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment buildings over $40M
- Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction or similar
- Expertise in planning, programming, and scheduling construction works
- Experience in structured, process-driven environments
- Procore experience (desirable)
- Current full driver’s licence
