Warehouse Coordinator

✅ • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics coordination role (manufacturing preferred)

✅ • Strong organisational and time management skills

✅ • Forklift licence (essential)

✅ • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

✅ • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office

✅ • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, and inventory control
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stocktakes
• Ensure compliance with WHS and company safety procedures
• Supervise and support warehouse staff and contractors
• Manage incoming and outgoing freight and liaise with transport providers
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and cleanliness
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes
