🔍 What We’re Looking For

✅ • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics coordination role (manufacturing preferred)

✅ • Strong organisational and time management skills

✅ • Forklift licence (essential)

✅ • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

✅ • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office

✅ • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ • A commitment to safety and quality

⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, and inventory control
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow
Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stocktakes
Ensure compliance with WHS and company safety procedures
Supervise and support warehouse staff and contractors
Manage incoming and outgoing freight and liaise with transport providers
Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and cleanliness
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes
