Description

Mine Site Construction Services (MSCS) is a long standing and respected Civil Construction, Earthmoving and Contracting Mining Services Provider. The company is built on three generations of family ownership and has in excess of 40 years recognised industry experience. We deliver a safe, professional, competitive and proficient execution of services throughout a diverse range of industry disciplines.

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Executive Assistant preferably with 3+ years experience in the profession. A role is on offer for a competent and organised assistant to work exclusively with our Executive Director. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • High volume of audio and dictation typing, with high level of speed and accuracy
  • Preparation of legal correspondence, documents and online filing
  • Preparing briefs
  • Diary management
  • Scheduling appointments and co-ordinating executive meetings
  • General secretarial duties

The position is full time Monday to Friday, based in both Welshpool and the Perth CBD. Work times will vary and the successful applicant will be required to be flexible.

The successful applicant should be well organised, able to ask for and accept assistance and supervision, liase with clients, and work well in a team environment.
