Site Foreman

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Foreman to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Site Foreman will also be responsible for managing a team of workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Manage a team of workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and safely
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all work is completed to the required specifications
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that the project stays on track
• Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed on the job site
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used
• Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed of progress and any issues that arise

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
