Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Relationship & Development Specialist to join MIPS in Sydney. This is a dynamic, field-based role where you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with current and prospective members, driving membership growth and delivering an exceptional member experience.

Working closely with healthcare professionals, you’ll be the trusted partner, helping members understand the value of MIPS while identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement and grow our presence within the market. If you thrive on meeting people, growing relationships and creating opportunities, you’ll have the support of an established team, strong internal partnerships and experienced leadership to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members.
  • Develop a deep understanding of member needs and provide tailored solutions and support.
  • Drive membership growth through proactive business development and relationship-building activities.
  • Conduct regular meetings, follow-ups and member visits to strengthen engagement and satisfaction.
  • Represent MIPS at professional development events, conferences and networking opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to increase member value and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless and positive member experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide insights on member feedback, market trends and opportunities.

About You

  • Proven experience in relationship management, business development, account management or sales.
  • A natural communicator who can build credibility and trust with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and drive outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.
  • Strong planning, time management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience within healthcare, insurance, professional services or membership-based organisations will be highly regarded.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
