Trainer and Assessor (Far North QLD)

Established in 1882 Master Builders has more than 10,000 members and represents some of Australia’s largest and most successful builders.

Our Registered Training Organisation (RTO 30097) is seeking casual Trainers and Assessors with relevant training experience to complement our team across Queensland.

In particular expressions of interest are currently being taken for the following courses:

• Cert IV Building and Construction (CPC40120)
• Diploma Building and Construction (CPC50220)
• Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (CPC60220)
• Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing (CPC31420)
• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (BSB41419)
• Certificate IV in Project Management Practice (BSB40920)
• Diploma of Project Management (BSB50820)
• Diploma of Leadership of Management (BSB50420)
• Certificate IV in Leadership + Management (BSB40520)

We are seeking trainers across the state, with opportunities available in our nine locations.

To join our team of trainers, you must:

• Hold the current qualification or unit for the course you are applying to train
• Be able to demonstrate vocational competence and industry currency (for all building qualifications and units you need construction industry experience)
• Hold a current:

1. TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and assessment; or
2. TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and assessment; or
3. Diploma or higher-level qualification in Adult Education

• Have exceptional communication skills
• Possess a desire to share your knowledge and empower others within the industry.
