- Proven experience providing administrative support in an office environment.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel; CRM experience is preferred.
- Experience processing membership applications, renewals, payments, and following up overdue payments.

Your new role
Step into a fast-paced and varied role within our Membership team, where you’ll connect with members and help them make the most of their membership. From sales support and customer service to administration, you’ll have a broad range of responsibilities. Typical duties include:
- Serve as the primary contact for member enquiries via phone and email
- Conduct member engagement activities through strategic call campaigns to build connections, promote value, and share information
- Maintain CRM data, including member contact and account information
- Provide support to members in the use of our online document management system
- Process membership applications, renewals, and payments
- Prepare and distribute membership packs, renewal cards, and certificates
- Follow up on overdue payments
- Handle financial processing, banking duties, and membership reporting
- Provide general administrative support
- Provide relief reception coverage
What you will bring to the team
- Proven experience providing administrative support in an office environment
- A passion for customer service and a genuine interest in helping others
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products (particularly excel) – even better if you have experience working with a CRM
- An ability to quickly build rapport with our members
- Confident telephone manner and exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of the building and construction industry (desirable)
