As a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO 30097), we are seeking experienced and passionate Casual Trainers and Assessors to join our team across Queensland.
Our immediate focus is on finding industry professionals who can deliver the Certificate IV in Building and Construction (CPC40120), helping develop the next generation of builders and construction professionals.
We are also welcoming expressions of interest from Trainers and Assessors qualified to deliver the following courses:
- Diploma of Building and Construction (CPC50220)
- Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (CPC60220)
- Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing (CPC31420)
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (BSB41419)
- Certificate IV in Project Management Practice (BSB40920)
- Diploma of Project Management (BSB50820)
- Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB50420)
- Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB40520)
Training is delivered face-to-face across our Queensland locations, therefore successful candidates must be willing and able to travel to and attend training venues as required.
To join our team of trainers, you must:
- Hold the qualification (or relevant units) you wish to deliver.
- Be able to demonstrate vocational competency and current industry experience.
- Have substantial construction industry experience for building and construction qualifications.
- Hold one of the following:
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or
- A Diploma or higher-level qualification in Adult Education.
- Possess exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
- Have a genuine passion for sharing your expertise and supporting the growth of others within the industry.
