About The Role

Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the guest experience day to day:

• Lead, mentor and develop supervisors and FOH staff
• Uphold high service, atmosphere and product standards
• Manage shift operations and cash control
• Oversee stock control and ordering
• Maintain venue compliance with all regulations
• Drive customer experience, promotions and events
