Work structure: FIFO – 8:6 roster, predominately night shift.

Responsibilities:

What your role entails: Our rail grinding teams are small and tight-knit crews that perform a variety of tasks, and we make sure these tasks are rotated so there is lots of variety in your work. This includes maintaining, repairing, and operating our machines while enjoying our great team environment where we work together for excellence in safety, optimum machine reliability and operational performance, and achieving and exceeding customer expectations.

Training & Development: Our rail grinding machines are unique to Australia and we will provide full training as well as opportunities for you to broaden your professional skills.

Qualifications:

• Trade qualified (Electrician)
• Knowledgeable of concepts and application of preventative maintenance.
• Experienced in heavy vehicle/equipment testing, fault finding and troubleshooting experience, preferably within a mining or rail industry environment.
• A problem-solver, analytical and possess quality improvement skills.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence – truck license also preferred.
