Job Title: Cocktail Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cocktail Bartender to join our team at a hospitality establishment located in Mooloolaba, Queensland. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of classic cocktails and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of 5-star service and presentation. The ideal candidate must be flexible, able to work both on the floor and behind the bar, possess excellent communication skills, and be available for weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare beverages for customers as per their request in an efficient manner

– Ensure prompt delivery during busy nights by working quickly but maintaining quality

– Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment by following standard operating procedures

– Operate cash register using POS software

– Assist with inventory management including stock-taking, ordering supplies etc.

– Interact with customers by providing excellent customer service

– Work collaboratively with other staff members as part of a team

Qualifications:

-Minimum 2 years experience working as a mid-senior bartender

-Prior experience working in high-end establishments preferred

-Passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests

-Loyal with strong attention to detail
