The Role

Join our dedicated team to provide essential care and support for clients in their homes and communities. Staff must be available for a 24-hour rotating roster, including passive sleepover shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with complex needs in daily living, personal care, and community engagement

• Support clients with complex behaviour of concerns

• Encourage independence and facilitate community participation.

• Work effectively within a small, supportive team

• Support clients in achieving their individual goals

What We’re Looking For

• Current Driver’s License, First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003), NDIS Worker Check, and full COVID-19 vaccination

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Empathy, patience, and resilience when handling high behaviours of concern

• Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently

• Physical capability for manual handling tasks

• Demonstrated experience implementing behaviour support strategies

• Demonstrate experience assisting clients to work towards their goals

• High level attention to detail and through documentation
