Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Spray Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying coatings to a variety of materials. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required
• Mix paints and coatings to the correct consistency and color
• Apply paint or coatings using a spray gun or other equipment
• Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and meets quality control standards
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working order
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Spray Painter in a similar role
• Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and application techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
