Responsibilities:

– Represent clients in property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing.

– Maintain accurate records of property listings and sales.

Requirements:

– Licensed Real Estate Agent: Hold a valid real estate agent license in Victoria.

– Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.

– Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.

– Knowledge of Local Market: Familiarity with Melbourne’s property market.
