Job Title: Timber Yardperson

Job Summary:

Our client, a family-owned business in Bayswater, is seeking an experienced timber yardperson to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, unloading building materials and timber, controlling stock, and maintaining the timber yard. This is a full-time casual position with immediate start available.

Responsibilities:

– Hand unload building materials and timber

– Work in all weather conditions

– Control stock and customer orders

– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the timber yard

– Operate woodworking machinery

– Provide excellent customer service

– Forklift Driving with long and awkward timber

Qualifications:

– Chainsaw and Power Tool experience

– Knowledge of Timber products

– MR Truck License preferred

– Forklift License required

Skills:

– Ability to work well in a team environment

– Strong attention to detail

-Punctual with good initiative

-Must be physically fit

Hours: 7.30am – 4pm Mon – Fri (no weekends)
