We are looking for an experienced Diesel/Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our client’s team. The role involves servicing, diagnosing and repairing trucks, tractors and a range of heavy equipment.

• General servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs
• Diagnose and repair engines, brakes, suspension and driveline components
• Hydraulic system repairs including hoses, pumps, cylinders and fittings
• Fault finding and preventative maintenance
• Work on trucks, tractors and other heavy diesel equipment
• Assist with breakdown and field service work when required
• Maintain a safe, clean and professional work environment

About you:

• Qualified Diesel/Heavy Vehicle Mechanic preferred
• Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills
• Comfortable working on a range of heavy diesel equipment
• Hydraulics experience highly regarded
• Good safety awareness and ability to work independently
• Heavy vehicle licence and/or relevant tickets advantageous
