You’ll be responsible for keeping Kieser’s equipment running at peak performance across a national clinic network, delivering hands-on maintenance, solving technical problems, and directly improving the member experience through reliable, safe, and high-quality equipment.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventative, scheduled, and reactive maintenance across Kieser’s strength training equipment fleet to ensure optimal performance
  • Respond quickly to machine faults and maintenance requests to minimise downtime and disruption to clinics
  • Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and condition audits to maintain equipment quality and safety
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with a strong problem-solving approach
  • Record maintenance activities, parts usage, and asset data in company systems
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clinic teams on machine use, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Support and coach Machine Care Coordinators (MCCs) in delivering effective in-clinic maintenance
  • Assist with machine installations, commissioning, relocations, and new clinic openings
  • Contribute to training materials, guides, and continuous improvement of maintenance practices
  • Build strong relationships with clinic teams and act as a key point of contact for machine-related matters

Must-haves

  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • 2–5 years’ experience in mechanical, electrical, or equipment maintenance
  • Proven experience in preventative and reactive maintenance environments
  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently across multiple locations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety standards
  • Current unrestricted driver’s licence
  • Willingness and ability to travel interstate as required
  • Physical capability to undertake manual handling and equipment installation activities

Nice-to-haves:

  • ·Trade qualification in Mechanical, Engineering, Electrical or a related discipline.
  • ·Experience working with fitness, rehabilitation, medical or specialised equipment.
  • ·Experience using maintenance management or asset management systems.
  • ·Folk lift licence
