Join the team as a Machine Technician and make a real difference. You’ll be responsible for keeping Kieser’s equipment running at peak performance across a national clinic network, delivering hands-on maintenance, solving technical problems, and directly improving the member experience through reliable, safe, and high-quality equipment.

What You’ll Do
- Perform preventative, scheduled, and reactive maintenance across Kieser’s strength training equipment fleet to ensure optimal performance
- Respond quickly to machine faults and maintenance requests to minimise downtime and disruption to clinics
- Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and condition audits to maintain equipment quality and safety
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with a strong problem-solving approach
- Record maintenance activities, parts usage, and asset data in company systems
- Provide technical support and guidance to clinic teams on machine use, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Support and coach Machine Care Coordinators (MCCs) in delivering effective in-clinic maintenance
- Assist with machine installations, commissioning, relocations, and new clinic openings
- Contribute to training materials, guides, and continuous improvement of maintenance practices
- Build strong relationships with clinic teams and act as a key point of contact for machine-related matters

Must-haves
- Valid working rights in Australia
- 2–5 years’ experience in mechanical, electrical, or equipment maintenance
- Proven experience in preventative and reactive maintenance environments
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commitment to workplace health and safety standards
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence
- Willingness and ability to travel interstate as required
- Physical capability to undertake manual handling and equipment installation activities

Nice-to-haves:
- ·Trade qualification in Mechanical, Engineering, Electrical or a related discipline.
- ·Experience working with fitness, rehabilitation, medical or specialised equipment.
- ·Experience using maintenance management or asset management systems.
- ·Folk lift licence
