Position Overview:

Keystone Civil, a diverse and dynamic civil company, is expanding its operations in Sunraysia Region due to exciting new opportunities across civil infrastructure, road projects, bulk earthworks, renewables and pipeline works. Reporting to the Project Manager you will:

  • Provide engineering support to Project leads and Site Supervisors for construction activities
  • Manage, plan, schedule and allocate resources to projects
  • Ensure the program is tracked and updated weekly
  • Assist the Project Manager with Procurement Plans
  • Be the champion of the Quality Management Plan
  • Ensure that all sub-contractors and suppliers are engaged in accordance with the Procurement Plan
  • Review daily diaries from the Supervisors and ensure they capture any conversations with the client or sub-contractors that may have impact to program / cost / risk
  • Develop and maintain a detailed lookahead

About you:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, construction management or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role on projects such as Road construction, Water/sewer infrastructure, land development, earthworks etc.
  • A strong focus on quality, safety and the environment
  • Meticulous documentation and organisational skills
  • Be self-motivated with a positive team-work ethos and attitude
  • Great time management, with ability to manage budgets and track production
