Take the Wheel: Lead a Property Management Team That Moves as

Fast as You Do

Property Management Team Leader — Bundaberg, QLD

Are you a property management professional who’s outgrown your current desk? Ready to stop managing

someone else’s vision and start building your own? This is your move.

We’re a leading commercial and residential agency in Bundaberg, and we’re looking for an experienced Property

Management Team Leader to run a fast-paced department, manage a portfolio of their own, and mentor a team

that wants to win. If you’re tired of red tape and ready for a role that rewards initiative, keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading, coaching and motivating a team of property managers to hit performance targets and deliver

exceptional service

• Managing your own portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, from leasing through to renewals

and everything in between

• Overseeing routine and entry/exit inspections, maintenance coordination, and lease renewals across the

department

• Handling escalated tenancy issues, arrears management, and tribunal matters with confidence

• Driving department processes and systems to keep things running smoothly under pressure

• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, tradespeople and internal sales teams

• Reporting on portfolio performance and identifying opportunities for growth

Why Make the Move

• Real leadership, real autonomy — this role is yours to shape, not a box to tick

• Work with a well-established, respected agency covering both commercial and residential markets

• Supportive systems and admin backup so you can focus on leading, not just admin

• Competitive salary reflecting your experience, plus genuine career progression

• A close-knit Bundaberg team that backs each other in — and out of — the office

Employee Benefits

• Company car provided for the role

• Mobile phone supplied where required for use during business hours and after-hours call-outs — shared

across the department on a roster, so no one person carries the load alone

• A genuine work/life balance: after-hours call-outs are shared as a team, giving each team member real time

for family instead of taking work home every night

• A true team culture — you’ll work alongside your department, not carry it on your own

If you’ve got property management experience, a knack for leading people, and the drive to run a department like

it’s your own business — we want to hear from you.
