This role is ideal for professionals with experience in case management, employment services or community services who are passionate about helping people overcome barriers and move into meaningful work or education.
About the Role
- Provide one‑on‑one case management and tailored employment support

- Maintain accurate records and meet program requirements
About You
- Background in employment services or case management
- Empathetic, motivated, and outcomes‑focused
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and values‑driven
- Experience in employment services is desirable, not essential (full training provided)
