We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to join our growing team in the western suburbs of Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in bookkeeping within a supportive and professional environment.

About the Role

As a Junior Bookkeeper, you will assist with day-to-day bookkeeping duties across a wide variety of industries while receiving ongoing training and support from experienced staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry and record maintenance
  • Processing invoices and receipts
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Assisting with payroll processing
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • General administrative support

About You

  • Completed Certificate IV in Bookkeeping
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping software such as Xero or MYOB would be advantageous, but not necessary
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
