At Harmor Liquid Waste Solutions and Yarra Valley Septics, you’ll coordinate the daily movements of approximately 15 drivers and specialised vehicles across Victoria.
Some days will run exactly to plan. Most won’t. That’s where you come in.

You’ll spend your day solving problems, making decisions, reshuffling schedules and helping keep our operation running safely, efficiently and on time.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm, plus participation in a shared rotating after-hours on-call roster.
You’ll spend your days
- Coordinating the daily movements of approximately 15 drivers and specialised vehicles.
- Finding the smartest way to keep the day running smoothly.
- Working closely with Drivers, Customer Service and Sales.
- Responding to last-minute changes, urgent jobs and the unexpected.
- Keeping customers informed and delivering exceptional service.
- Managing schedules and job information in FieldInsight.
- Ensuring work is planned in accordance with NHVR, EPA and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
- Looking for smarter ways to improve efficiency every day.

About you
You’ll bring experience in scheduling, dispatch, logistics, transport coordination or service coordination, along with excellent organisational and communication skills.
Experience with FieldInsight or similar scheduling software is highly regarded, as is an understanding of NHVR, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and EPA requirements.
Most importantly, you’re proactive, customer-focused and enjoy making things happen.
