About the Role

As a Call Consultant, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers engagement for our automotive clients. Your role will focus on delivering outstanding service while collecting valuable insights to support our client’s customer retention and customer service functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and care
  • Provide accurate information on dealership services, repairs, and processes
  • Schedule service appointments, recalls, and follow-ups
  • Collect and record customer feedback and data accurately
  • Support the team with admin tasks and reporting
  • Work closely with dealership teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination
  • Maintain a strong customer-first mindset throughout all interactions

  • What You’ll Need
  • Previous experience in dealership or service workshop environment is preferred, but not essential
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in high-volume call environments
  • Willingness to learn about automotive services and workshop procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and call handling tools
