Associate – Commercial Litigation 2-3 years PAE

We are seeking a talented lawyer with 2–3 years’ PAE to join our growing litigation team in our Sydney CBD office. You will work alongside some of the best lawyers in Australia on complex and cutting-edge disputes, including:

• General commercial litigation
• Corporate and financial litigation
• Insolvency matters
• Regulatory and compliance matters

What We’re Looking For

You will bring the following qualifications and attributes:

• 2–3 years’ PAE in litigation (corporate / financial / commercial / insolvency)
• Strong written and oral communication and analytical skills
• Excellent legal research skills
• Strong advisory skills, including provision of written advice to boards and lay clients
• Strong academic background
• Ability to manage matters and/or workstreams independently
• Well-developed client management skills
• Problem-solving ability and outside-the-box thinking
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools thoughtfully and responsibly to enhance legal research, drafting, and workflow efficiency
