Ironbark Financial Group are searching for a dynamic and driven Project Manager to help us deliver key projects in our business. About the Role 

 

As our Project Manager, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives across the Ironbark Financial Group business.  From coordinating teams to managing budgets and timelines, you’ll ensure every project delivers measurable value whilst keeping stakeholders informed and engaged. 

You’ll be at the centre of cross-functional collaboration, solving challenges, driving momentum, managing change, and ensuring every detail supports the broader strategy. 

About You 

 

You’re someone who: 

·Has a strategic mindset that can translate business goals into actionable project plans. 

·Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities with confidence. 

·Builds strong relationships and communicates clearly at all levels. 

·Knows how to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and keep everyone focused on shared outcomes. 

·Anticipates risks and roadblocks—and knows how to navigate them. 

·Has strong financial management skills, including experience managing project budgets and resources. 

·Delivers projects on time, on budget, and with impact. 

 

Qualifications & Experience 

 

·Tertiary qualification in Project Management or a related field. 

·Proven experience in a Project Manager role (minimum 2–4 years). 

·Experience in the financial advice sector or professional services is highly desirable. 

·Advanced project management skills 

·Strong business acumen that can align project delivery to business strategy. 

·Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills.

Remuneration package offered ranges between $125,000 -$145,000, including superdependent on level of education and experience.
