Description

We’re looking for an organised, detail-focused administrator to join our small, friendly Supply Chain team in a full-time role at our Unley head office. If you enjoy a collaborative workplace where people support one another, have a laugh along the way and every contribution matters, you’ll feel right at home. This varied administration role will see you coordinating customer orders, supporting day-to-day operations and helping deliver exceptional service to our customers.

IQ Medical provides ophthalmic medical devices and surgical instruments to eye care professionals across Australia, helping support better patient vision outcomes through every order processed.

Your Daily Mix Includes:

  • Coordinate customer orders from enquiry through to delivery.
  • Process orders, returns, invoices and freight documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our ERP system.
  • Work closely with Sales, Logistics and Technical Support.
  • Resolve customer enquiries and keep customers informed.
  • Assist with inventory, picking, packing and dispatch.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes.
