💼 The Role
As a Lead Systems Engineer, you’ll be a key player in our Prospect office, providing advanced technical support to our internal teams and clients. You’ll tackle escalated incidents, contribute to project delivery, and deploy robust solutions that keep our clients secure, compliant, and ahead of the curve.
This role offers exposure to enterprise-grade security tools, cloud infrastructure, and diverse industries – making it ideal for someone who’s ready to take their skills to the next level.
🔧 What You’ll Do
• Resolve complex service desk escalations
• Design and deploy cloud, network, and server solutions
• Ensure client environments meet security and compliance standards
• Deliver remote and onsite incident resolution
• Mentor junior technicians and contribute to team development
🧠 What You’ll Bring
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• A customer-first mindset
• Proven experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 (Entra, Intune, Defender, Purview)
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
• Hands-on experience in Level 2/3 support across hardware and software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Relevant qualifications (highly regarded)
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Working With Children clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Baseline Security clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Australian Citizenship (due to our security clearance requirements)
