What You’ll Do

• Deliver intensive, in-home case management and crisis intervention

• Lead trauma-informed strategies to create safety and stability

• Advocate for clients and help them achieve sustainable outcomes

• Mentor other practitioners when needed

• Be available for overnight and weekend work

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who is:

• Skilled in child protection, family support, and disability frameworks

• Experienced in high-pressure, complex case environments

• Confident in crisis negotiation and conflict resolution

• Strong communicator and advocate

• Committed to cultural competence and respectful engagement with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Social Work, Community Services, or related field (or equivalent experience – minimum 3+ years)

• Advanced training such as Safe & Together, Hope & Healing, Crisis Negotiation, Circle of Security, or approved DFV programs

• Current Positive Blue and Yellow Cards

• First Aid and CPR certification

• Current driver’s licence
