The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused, outgoing Barista to represent Industry Beans at our Sydney CBD sites. You’ll join an experienced, professional team and work with a wide range of quality equipment in a progressive environment. This role suits a skilled, experienced barista looking for a genuine long-term opportunity – serious applicants only.

This role provides the opportunity to benefit from:

• Casual role working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday optional Thursday, and one weekend shift
• Working with an award-winning specialty coffee roaster with room to grow
• Premium espresso machine, grinder and equipment
• Ongoing support and guidance
• The opportunity to attend cuppings, training & coffee education sessions

You will be perfect for this role if you have:

• A passion for specialty coffee & hospitality
• Exceptional barista skills (Latte art, troubleshooting, altering the grinder etc.)
• A strong work ethic with a strong customer focus
• Strong ability to work autonomously
• A fun and positive demeanour
• The ability to develop meaningful relationships with customers (Office Community Members), providing them with an exceptional coffee experience
• The ability to work a variety of weekdays and weekends
