These roles are ideal for a student looking to fulfil their career readiness course components, ideally as an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics or Business. Pitcrew AI offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial technology environment. As a student, you have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of tasks including hardware testing, assembly, machine learning model training, and software development support under the guidance of senior engineering staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Basic Workshop Tasks:

• Conduct testing of hardware components to ensure quality and functionality.
• Assist in hardware assembly tasks as needed, following established procedures and safety guidelines.

Machine Learning Model Training:

• Participate in image labelling activities to support the training of object detection models.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to refine and improve machine learning algorithms.

Business Analysis:

• Assist with the documentation and process mapping of Pitcrew AI’s platform features and business requirements.
• Contribute to the development of business requirements documentation.

Learning and Growth:

• Actively engage in learning opportunities to expand knowledge of Pitcrew AI’s technology stack and software development best practices.
• Seek mentorship from senior engineers to accelerate professional growth and development.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Business or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven industry.
• Availability to work on a casual basis, with flexibility to accommodate varying workloads and schedules.
