Lead and maintain all aspects of clinical governance, incident management, and quality assurance systems
Develop and manage the QDMS, version control protocols, and compliance registers
Facilitate continuous improvement (PCI) and lead audit cycles across clinical and operational services
Deliver and oversee competency-based clinical education aligned with regulatory training obligations (e.g., ED online, CPD)
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), clinical risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions
Ensure timely and accurate submission of board-level quality and compliance reports
Manage document silos, risk registers, and lead continuous planning

Act as a liaison with residents, families, and external stakeholders on quality and education matters
Stay abreast of current research and best practices in aged care quality and education
