Humanity Allied Health are seeking a dedicated Provisional Psychologist to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. This permanent, full-time role is essential for providing psychological support and assessments to enhance workplace wellbeing and safety. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting mental health initiatives and ensuring compliance with health regulations, contributing to a safer and more productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for employees to identify mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies to support employee wellbeing.
  • Provide counselling and support services to individuals facing workplace challenges.
  • Collaborate with management to create and promote mental health awareness programmes.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments and interventions in accordance with professional standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in occupational psychology.

Qualifications:

  • A recognised degree in Psychology, with provisional registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
