Old-world romance, underground. Apollonia is a hideaway in the heart of Sydney, pouring a serious spirits list, plenty of negronis and strong twists on Italian classics.
About the role
We’re after an experienced floor waiter to join the crew for the busy season and into next year. It’s 14–24 hours a week, weekends included, with extra shifts available across our CBD venues if you want them.
You’ll fit right in if you:
