About the Role:
As a Picker / Packer, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently before being delivered across our network. Using LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) equipment and RF scanners, you’ll work as part of a high-performing team focused on safety, quality, and productivity. Successful applicants will be allocated to the team best suited to their skills and experience.
Ambient & White Milk:
- Repetitive manual handling including consistent lifting of heavier products
- Fast-paced work environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting daily productivity targets
Chiller:
- Temperature-controlled environment requiring exceptional attention to detail
- Precise, repetitive picking at a consistent high work rate
Freezer (Thawback):
- Work in sub-zero conditions at a reliable and consistent pace
- Previous freezer experience is highly regarded
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners
- Safely operate LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) equipment
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets
- Perform repetitive manual handling throughout your shift
- Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing team
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous warehouse order picking experience
- LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) experience preferred
- Experience using RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to workplace safety
