Home Delivery Service (HDS) is one of Australia’s fastest-growing logistics providers, supporting major retail and consumer brands nationwide. As our Victorian operations continue to expand, we’re growing our warehouse team and looking for Pick Packers to join us during an exciting period.

The Opportunity:

As a Warehouse Picker/Packer you’ll be responsible for accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. You’ll be working with modern systems and equipment in a clean, well-organised facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

Pick Packers at Clayton

• Ability to pick and handle over 23kgs
• Ability to work in a chiller environment
• Be able to work the weekdays starting from 3:00pm or 4:00pm
• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
• Working to daily KPIs while maintaining quality standards
• Supporting team members and contributing to a positive culture

You’ll Bring:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred (but not essential)

• Strong attention to detail

• Physically fit and able to be on your feet

• Reliable with strong attendance

• Positive attitude and team mindset

• Good communication skills
