Mon–Fri | 7:30am Start | Consistent Hours | Freezer Allowance 

Our Eastern Creek depot is looking for motivated, hard-working Freezer Pick Packers who want to get in on the ground floor of a major new facility. These are casual positions to begin with, and we’re committed to offering genuine pathways to full-time employment. 

The Role 

You’ll be picking and packing orders inside our freezer, working in temperatures of approximately -18°C up to -20°C. To keep you safe and comfortable, the role runs on 45 minutes in, 15 minutes out rotation, so you’ll get an additional warm-up break every hour. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to daily productivity targets 
• Use an RF scanner to process and confirm orders 
• Maintain correct stock rotation and keep a consistent pace to meet dispatch schedules 
• Ensure all orders meet quality and accuracy standards before dispatch 
• Work as part of a close-knit team to support the launch and smooth running of a brand-new operation 
• Follow all WHS requirements and keep your work area clean and safe at all times 

About You 

• Previous warehouse pick/pack experience 
• Comfortable working in a freezer environment (-18°C to -20°C) for the full shift, with regular rotation breaks – prior experience in freezer is advantageous
• Must be confident using an RF scanner 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Physically able to perform repetitive manual handling across a full shift 
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety, which matters even more in a start-up environment where every team member counts
