As our Victorian operations continue to expand, we’re growing our warehouse team and looking for a reliable High Reach Forklift Operator and Pick Packer to join us during an exciting period of growth and transition.

The Opportunity:

As a Warehouse Picker/Packer & Forklift Operators, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. You’ll be working with modern systems and equipment in a clean, well-organised facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

Pick Packers at Dandenong

• Ability to work Monday to Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm
• Ability to pick and handle alcohol
• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
• Working to daily KPIs while maintaining quality standards
• Supporting team members and contributing to a positive culture

Pick Packers at Clayton

• Ability to pick and handle over 23kgs
• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
• Working to daily KPIs while maintaining quality standards
• Supporting team members and contributing to a positive culture

Forklift Operator at Clayton

• Ability to work Monday to Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm
• Capable of handle 1 tonne pallets at height
• Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Putaways, replenishment, and stock movements
• Supporting stocktakes, quality checks, and inventory accuracy
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
• Working closely with the team to maintain workflow and meet targets

You’ll Bring:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred (but not essential)

• Strong attention to detail

• Physically fit and able to be on your feet

• Reliable with strong attendance

• Positive attitude and team mindset

• Forklift licence (LF) advantageous but not required
