High Reach Forklift Operator

Casual to Full-Time Perm| Approx. 7:30am and 9am Starts | Monday to Friday | Ambient

We have an opportunity for a High Reach Forklift Operator to join our Dandenong depot team. Whether you’re a seasoned operator with solid hours under your belt or you’ve been building your high reach experience over the past 12 months or more, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be operating in a fast-paced ambient warehouse environment, working at height and managing stock movements with precision. This is a role where you’ll need to be comfortable at elevation and confident in what you’re doing – but we’re open to operators at different stages of their high reach journey provided you have at least 12 months of hands-on experience. 

This is a casual role with a genuine pathway to full-time employment for the right candidate. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high reach forklift equipment safely and confidently, including at significant working heights at 9.3 metres
• Perform put-away, replenishment, and retrieval tasks to meet throughput and accuracy targets 
• Use RF scanning and WMS systems to manage stock movements accurately and in real time 
• Adhere to all WHS requirements and safe work procedures at all times 
• Work as part of a collaborative depot team to support the smooth running of daily operations 

You’ll Bring:

• A current LF forklift licence with at least 12 months of high reach operating experience 
• Growing confidence operating at height – you’re comfortable working at elevation and keen to develop further
• Solid RF scanning and WMS experience – ability to manage stock movements accurately 
• A strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and reliable attendance every shift 
• Experience driving a Toyota or Raymond is highly regarded
