Shifts Allocated – Sunday to Thursday | Approx. 5:00pm–11:00pm | Freezer Allowance & Shift Penalties Apply

We’re looking for an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join our team at Morningside. If you have solid high reach hours, double deep racking experience and are comfortable working in a freezer environment, this could be the role for you. You’ll be working with RF and WMS systems in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled operation where accuracy, safety and consistency are paramount. This is a casual role with a genuine pathway to full-time employment for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high reach forklift equipment safely and efficiently within a double deep racking freezer environment
• Use RF scanning and WMS systems to manage stock movements accurately and in real time
• Perform put-away, replenishment, and retrieval tasks to meet throughput and accuracy targets
• Adhere to all WHS requirements, safe work procedures, and cold storage compliance standards
• Work collaboratively with the wider depot team to support a smooth afternoon shift operation

You’ll Bring:

• A current LF forklift licence with proven high reach operating experience – this is a non-negotiable requirement
• Double deep racking experience – essential, not desirable
• Demonstrated experience operating in a freezer or sub-zero environment and the physical ability to do so consistently
• Proficiency with RF scanning and WMS systems – essential
• Availability to work Sunday to Thursday afternoon shifts, commencing approximately 5:00pm
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety in everything you do
