High Reach Forklift Operator

We have an opportunity for a skilled High Reach Forklift Operator to join our Ravenhall depot team. If you have solid high reach hours, double deep racking experience, and you know your way around an RF scanner and WMS system, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be operating across a depot that spans ambient, chiller, and freezer environments, handling stock for a major retail and convenience client. This is a casual role where shift times will vary week to week based on operational requirements – we’re looking for people who can commit to at least 5 days per week, with Fridays and Saturdays being our biggest days of operation. Accuracy, safety, and reliability are what we need from you every time you’re on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high reach forklift equipment safely and efficiently within a double deep racking environment
• Use RF scanning and WMS systems to manage stock movements accurately and in real time
• Perform put-away, replenishment, and retrieval tasks to meet throughput and accuracy targets
• Adhere to all WHS requirements, safe work procedures, and depot compliance standards
• Work as part of a collaborative depot team and support the smooth running of daily warehouse operations

You’ll Bring:

• A current LF forklift licence with proven high reach operating experience – essential
• Double deep racking experience – essential, not desirable
• Proficiency with RF scanning and WMS systems – essential
• A strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and reliable attendance every shift
• Availability to commit to at least 5 days per week across a flexible roster
• Comfort working across ambient, chiller, and/or freezer environments as required
