HDS has just completed construction of our brand-new Eastern Creek depot and we’re building the team that will launch and run it. This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a major new facility – we’re looking for experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join us now.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate high reach forklift equipment safely and efficiently across ambient, chiller, and freezer areas within a double deep racking environment
- Support the inbound receiving and put-away process as the depot is set up and stocked ahead of going live
- Use RF scanning and WMS systems to manage stock movements accurately and in real time
- Adhere to all WHS requirements and safe work procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with the team to help establish a well-run, high-performing depot from day one
You’ll Bring:
- A current LF forklift licence with proven high reach operating experience – essential
- Double deep racking experience – essential, not desirable
- Proficiency with RF scanning and WMS systems – essential
- Comfort working early morning starts
- A strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and reliable attendance – especially important in a start-up environment
- Experience with replenishment and put away
- Flexibility to work weekends is highly regarded as our client operates 7 days
