Full-Time | Ongoing Position | Monday to Friday + Half-day Saturday | Approx. 1:30am Starts

HDS is one of Australia’s fastest-growing logistics providers, supporting major retail and consumer brands nationwide. We’re looking for an experienced, licensed Forklift Operator to join our Wetherill Park warehouse team doing counter-balance forklift work. Each morning, you’ll support our load out operations, helping keep deliveries running to schedule. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support morning load out operations each day using a cage attachment.
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently within the warehouse 
  • Receive, put away, and pick stock accurately, meeting daily targets 
  • Conduct pre-start checks on equipment and report any faults or safety concerns 
  • Maintain accurate stock records, including scanning and system updates 
  • Support stocktakes and inventory counts as required 
  • Work safely around pedestrians, other machinery, and racking 
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area in line with WHS standards 
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required, including manual handling 

About You:

  • A current High Risk Work Licence (LF) for forklift operation
  • Counter-balance forklift experience necessary + experience using a cage attachment is highly regarded
  • Able to commit to 1:30am starts, Monday to Saturday 
  • Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset 
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work autonomously 
  • Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude 
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
