About the Role
We are building a team of Enrolled Nurses and experienced Disability Support Workers for current and upcoming community-based opportunities across Brisbane.
This is not high-volume agency work—you will:
- Work with complex and meaningful cases
- Be supported by experienced clinicians
- Deliver care in participants’ homes and community settings
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, person-centred care to participants with complex needs
- Support high-intensity clinical care (with training and supervision), including: Wound care Continence support and catheter care Medication assistance
- Assist with personal care, daily living and community access
- Follow care plans and positive behaviour support strategies
- Monitor and report changes in participant condition
- Complete documentation (progress notes, incident reports)
- Build strong, respectful relationships with participants and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
For Enrolled Nurses:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience or interest in community or complex care
For Support Workers:
- Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting participants with complex needs (desirable)
For All Applicants:
- Experience or interest in complex care, disability, or community nursing
- Strong communication and a calm, professional approach
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check + Blue Card
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Availability for flexible shifts (including weekends if required)
