Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated Associate Adviser to support our team of experienced Advisers in delivering exceptional financial planning and investment services to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for financial planning and a client-centric mindset looking to further develop their career in wealth management.
As an Associate Adviser, you will play a vital role in supporting Advisers with the full scope of financial planning and investment activities. From client meeting preparation, executing investment strategies and producing high-quality documentation, your contribution will ensure our clients continue to receive trusted, personalised advice and service.

Position Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- At least 12 months experience in an Associate Adviser, Paraplanner, or similar role within a financial planning practice, with exposure to the end-to-end advice process.
- A tertiary qualification in Financial Planning, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience preparing high-quality advice documentation, including Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs), ensuring accuracy, compliance and attention to detail.
- A sound understanding of financial planning strategies across a broad range of advice areas, including superannuation, retirement planning, personal insurance, investments, and Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to efficiently produce professional documentation and manage workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise documentation and build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A client-first mindset, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- A collaborative approach to working within a team, while also being self-motivated and able to work independently when required.
- A strong understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment governing financial advice, with a commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
