The Property Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the management and maintenance of residential properties. This position is essential for ensuring tenant satisfaction, maximising property value, and maintaining compliance with local regulations. The Property Manager will work closely with property owners, tenants, and service providers to create a harmonious living and working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease agreements
  • Prepare and manage budgets, including rent collection and expense tracking
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants
  • Maintain accurate records of property management activities and financial transactions

  • Liaise with contractors and service providers for property maintenance and improvements

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in property management or a similar role, ideally within the real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of property management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of local property laws and regulations
  • Professional certification in property management is essential
