We are looking for a Stock Controller/ Business Analyst to join our team. The role managing and maintaining the dealership’s vehicle inventory, ensuring accurate records, managing sales data, preparing Excel reports, and supporting the sales team with analysis and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

 

  • Maintain accurate records of all vehicle stock, including new and used cars.
  • Monitor vehicle movements between dealerships, storage locations, and customers.
  • Perform regular stock checks to ensure all vehicles are accounted for.
  • Update and maintain the dealership’s inventory management system with current stock levels.
  • Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to track incoming stock and ensure timely delivery.

 Business Analyst

  • Manage and maintain sales data records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Perform detailed data analysis to support business decisions and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver Excel-based reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Stock Controller, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, formulas).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (Chinese).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong background in handling sales data and preparing analytical reports.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
