About the Role:
The Content Creator & Social Media Manager will be responsible for bringing our brands and products to life online through creative content and strategic social media management that drives brand awareness, product knowledge and lead generation.
Reporting to the Directors, this position is based in Wangara and while the majority of your time will be spent between the office and securing content around the Perth metro area, our group also operates a manufacturing facility in Bunbury and services customers throughout the Southwest region. As such, occasional travel will be required to capture manufacturing processes and in-house product content, travel expense will be covered.
This position isn’t just about taking content of the finished product it’s about understanding our USP, connection with consumers and bringing the content to life!
Key Responsibilities include;
- Develop and manage content calendars across multiple social media platforms
- You will co-ordinate with internal teams or customers to be out in the field capturing content in customers’ homes, showrooms and behind the scenes in various way from still photography, reels, short-form videos, customer testimonials and product demonstrations
- Utilise reporting tools to track social media performance and identify best practices for enquiries and conversion rates
- Reporting to the directors on social media analytics, making recommendations and identify opportunities for growth
- Proactively staying ahead of social media and industry marketing trends to
introduce fresh ideas and content
- Liaise with our external agencies to ensure alignment across campaigns and broader marketing initiatives
About You:
- Proven experience as Social Content Creator and managing content across social media platforms is Essential
- Valid Drivers License is required due to travel
- Experience in various content creating and social media management platforms and apps is essential
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to maintain and adapt brand tone of voice across website and social media channels.
- Interpreting data and reporting tools to adapt best practices with social media campaigns and lead generation
- Proactive and mature mindset, able to work autonomously and prioritise your own work commitments
