About the Role:

As our Customer Success Manager, you will own the front end of our sales funnel — from lead generation and qualification to nurturing existing clients and supporting deal closure. You’ll work closely with our estimating team and leadership group to ensure opportunities are converted into successful projects. This role is Perth-based with travel to the Pilbara approximately 25% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound leads and conduct cold outreach to generate new opportunities.

• Qualify leads and progress them to quoting/tender stage in collaboration with the estimating team.

• Maintain and update CRM systems to track pipeline performance.

• Build strong relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Work with the CEO, MD, estimators, and project managers to support deal closure.

• Travel to the Pilbara region as required (approximately 25% of the time).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales development, customer success, or account management.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

• Willingness to travel and engage with clients on-site.
