Your previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor will be clear in your CV and will demonstrate your ability to be autonomous in a role. You are 1) influential, 2) organised. Time management, prioritisation, and professionalism along with displaying a strategic approach to reach goals is a must. You will exhibit problem-solving skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally with ease. You have a high level of experience in customer satisfaction and project success, staying proactive to ensure we meet our objectives as a business and our personal goals.

You must have a current driver’s license, Australian electrical certification, and experience working on mine/port sites. Additional tickets, qualifications, training, and competencies are required to be listed on your CV and will be favorable.

Your role with GWA would see you working closely with our clients. This role is key to the success of GWA’s strategic plan.

As an Electrical Supervisor, your role will include but certainly not be limited to:

Organising electrical jobs or projects
Executing projects
Planning projects, methodology, and execution strategies
Exposure to designing and understanding the technical aspects of renewables
Working positively within a team
Partaking in prestart meetings
Partaking in safety toolbox meetings
Completing routine maintenance tasks
Brainstorming safer and more efficient ways of executing works
